Janet Cersley is the founder and president of Mrs. America Tourism Travel Foundation,  the National Director of Mrs. Tourism USA and a Licensed Realtor Virginia/ Maryland. Her passion for empowering women, countering human trafficking, and stopping domestic abuse led to her calling in establishing this organization. She holds titles of  Mrs. Universe first runner up 2023,  Mrs. Universe official USA 2023,  Mrs. World Philippines 4th runner up 2022,  Mrs. Virginia World Philippines 2021,  Mrs. Eco North Carolina 2018,  Mrs. Eco Earth 2nd runner up 2019, and  Mrs. Asia USA 2010.
